Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Moglix is currently seeking a remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes and functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization - Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors through various methods such as checks, ACH, and wire transfers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records - Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as statutory regulations - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and inquiries

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic - Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills - Creative problem-solving abilities
