Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description: Tata Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvals - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic payments to vendors - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Liaise with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with strong attention to detail - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
