Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Hindustan Unilever Limited is seeking a confident and hardworking Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work opportunity is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Track and reconcile payments from clients - Prepare and send invoices to customers - Follow up on overdue accounts - Communicate with clients regarding payment discrepancies and billing issues - Maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Assist with financial reporting as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving - Confidence and a proactive approach to work
