Accounts Receivable - Remote Work

Job Description:

HCL Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collections from customers. This part-time role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities: - Generate invoices and send them to customers - Track and follow up on outstanding invoices - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor and report on aging accounts - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer billing inquiries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer payments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and adaptable to changing work environments - Project management and strategic planning skills
