Accountant

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a talented and energetic Accountant to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level Accountant with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data for our company.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, payroll records, and accounts payable/receivable - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support decision-making - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis - Use negotiation skills to work with vendors and clients on financial matters - Innovate and implement new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA certification preferred - At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to innovate and think creatively - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
