Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial documents and records - Reconcile financial statements and account balances - Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts - Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance - Knowledge of financial principles and practices - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and motivated individual - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Innovative mindset and willingness to conduct research - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
