Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As an Accounts Payable at Apple India in Kolkata, West Bengal, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, monitoring expenses, and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of the organization and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded.

Responsibilities: - Process a high volume of invoices accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to address any payment issues - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Creativity and leadership soft skills - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
