Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

Responsibilities: 1. Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly. 2. Verify and reconcile vendor accounts. 3. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. 4. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date. 5. Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. 6. Assist with month-end closing activities. 7. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations. 8. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in accounts payable. 2. Motivated and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and communication skills. 4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. 5. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
