Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Licious is seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable who possesses strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Perform accounts payable functions such as processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments - Reconcile accounts payable transactions - Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date - Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner - Assist with month-end closing processes - Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
