Job Description:

Livspace is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial obligations by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records of payments.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor invoices for payment - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries - Maintain organized records of all transactions - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Driven and dedicated attitude - Time management and critical thinking skills
