Job Description:

PharmEasy, a leading healthcare company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Assist in month-end closing procedures - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist in audits and compliance efforts - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - 3+ years of experience in accounts payable - Hardworking and dedicated personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SAP, Quickbooks) - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
