Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Dream11 is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all accounts payable functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments. The ideal candidate will be independent and hardworking, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Process all vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments through various payment methods - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment issues - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders - Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of accounts payable experience - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
