Job Description:

Amazon India is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and possess a high level of energy and resilience.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Ensure timely payments to vendors - Assist with month-end closing processes - Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries - Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in accounts payable - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
