Job Description:

Cars24 is seeking a part-time Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Remote Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process for our organization in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely - Review and reconcile vendor statements - Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and adaptability skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
