Accounts Payable

Job Description:

HealthifyMe is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures. 2. Reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies. 3. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. 4. Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments. 5. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date. 6. Maintain accurate and complete vendor records. 7. Work collaboratively with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency. 8. Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful individual with strong communication and organizational skills. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 3. Ability to manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 6. Experience with AP automation tools is a plus.
