Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Livspace, a leading interior design and home decor company, is seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable who is confident, driven, and skilled in planning and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Process all invoices and expenses accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status and inquiries - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
