Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

Urban Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process while working from home in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and timely - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process electronic payments - Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or inquiries - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Independent and passionate individual who thrives in a remote work environment - Strong time management skills and ability to make decisions independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
