Job Description:

MakeMyTrip, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent, energetic, have strong attention to detail, and possess excellent decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers on a timely basis - Follow up on overdue payments and collections - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Process customer refunds and credit memos - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions - Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries or disputes - Assist with month-end closing processes

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in a similar role - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel - Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
