Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is currently seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: 1. Perform accounts receivable functions remotely, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. 2. Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounts receivable transactions. 3. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues. 4. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. 6. Analyze aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize bad debt risk. 7. Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes. 8. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field. 2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks. 8. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
