Job Description:

Sun Pharma is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in finance.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data - Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits - Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to follow up on outstanding payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable activities

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic understanding of accounting principles - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and confident personality traits - Creativity and cooperation as soft skills
