Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounts Receivable to join our team in Delhi, IN on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and resilient, with excellent communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor incoming payments from customers - Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy - Contact customers regarding overdue payments and follow up on outstanding invoices - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus
