Remote Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Jio Platforms is seeking a highly motivated and confident Remote Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in Delhi, India. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process remotely.

Responsibilities: - Process and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate and send out customer invoices - Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up with overdue accounts - Work with customers to resolve billing issues and disputes - Prepare monthly aging reports and assist with month-end close processes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of financial information

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong negotiation skills and ability to problem-solve effectively - Innovative mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
