Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Urban Ladder is seeking a detailed-oriented and energetic Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This is a part-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Perform accounts receivable functions including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts - Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of payments - Follow up with customers on outstanding balances to resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting - Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Hardworking and energetic personality - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
