Job Description:

Moglix, a leading e-commerce platform specializing in industrial tools and supplies, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments from customers, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities: 1. Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts. 2. Monitor overdue accounts and contact customers for payment resolution. 3. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy. 4. Generate and send out invoices to customers. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies. 6. Assist with month-end closing procedures. 7. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. 8. Provide support for audits as needed. 9. Utilize negotiation and strategic planning skills to maximize collections. 10. Work collaboratively with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively. 5. No prior experience required, but a degree in accounting or related field is preferred. 6. Dedication to meeting deadlines and achieving targets. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Negotiation and strategic planning skills. 9. Reliable and trustworthy.
