Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Vedanta Resources Limited is seeking a motivated and adaptable Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Maintain accurate records of incoming payments and follow up on past due invoices - Prepare and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner - Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting - Communicate with customers to resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes - Assist with audit activities as needed - Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
