Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

One97 Communications is looking for a part-time Accounts Receivable Representative to work from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate should be resilient, hardworking, have strong problem-solving skills, and be able to engage in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments - Reconcile accounts receivable accounts - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues - Communicate with customers to ensure timely payments - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Provide support for audit requests

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
