Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Rupeek is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and autonomy in your work environment. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger - Generate and send invoices to clients - Follow up on overdue payments and past-due accounts - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong research and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
