Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Faasos, a leading food delivery company, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable associate to join our team in a work-from-home capacity based in Delhi, India. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate about their work, and possess strong planning and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounts receivable functions including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions - Work closely with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting - Support internal and external auditors during audits - Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
