Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

BookMyShow is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an entry-level Accounts Receivable specialist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: -Generating and sending out invoices to customers -Processing payments received and posting them to the appropriate accounts -Following up with customers on outstanding payments -Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy -Providing regular updates on accounts receivable status -Assisting with month-end closing processes -Working closely with other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies

Requirements: -1 year of experience in accounts receivable or a related field -Energetic and resourceful personality traits -Strong adaptability and communication skills -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines -Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
