Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Accounts Receivable Associate to work from home in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities: 1. Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner. 2. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding balances. 3. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. 5. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions. 7. Provide regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role. 2. Excellent project management skills. 3. Strong negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. 6. High attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
