Job Description:

Licious is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Delhi on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing online accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and reconcile online accounts receivable transactions - Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payments - Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to online payments - Work closely with the finance team to maintain accurate records of receivables - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns related to online payments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounts receivable processes - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online payments

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts receivable - Resourceful and passionate about ensuring timely collection of payments - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders - Ability to think critically and problem-solve complex issues related to online payments - Understanding of accounting principles and experience with financial software - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
