Job Description:

Pepperfry, a leading online furniture and home decor retailer, is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable specialist in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career and gain valuable experience in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage accounts receivable process for online sales transactions. 2. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments. 3. Follow up with customers on past due invoices and communicate payment reminders. 4. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing discrepancies. 5. Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and provide analysis to management. 6. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. 2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions to complex financial issues. 6. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required). 7. No prior experience necessary - we will provide training and support.
