Job Description:

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable in Kolkata, West Bengal. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong innovation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable activities for online transactions - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Process customer payments and issue invoices - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial data

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role - Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
