Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Zoho Corporation is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: resilience and motivation. Additionally, strong research and time management skills are a must for this position.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes - Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for payment - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the accounts receivable function

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
