Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Delhi, IN. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain online accounts receivable systems and processes - Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate billing and payment processing - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts - Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to collect payments - Prepare and send out invoices and statements in a timely manner - Provide support to customers regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable procedures - Generate reports on accounts receivable performance for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field - Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Resourceful and passionate about financial management - Ability to analyze data and provide persuasive recommendations
