Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Online Accounts Receivable to join our team at Goibibo in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Online Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing and processing online payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. This position is part-time and suitable for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

- Process online payments and invoices in a timely manner - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate financial records and reports - Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries and overdue accounts - Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial transactions - Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements - Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related role - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Resourceful and motivated with a strong work ethic - Emotional intelligence and creativity in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of online payment systems and financial processes
