Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and independent individual to join our Online Accounts Receivable team at Amazon India in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Entry Level Online Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes for our online platform.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage accounts receivable for online transactions - Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer payments - Provide excellent customer service to handle any inquiries related to accounts receivable - Work closely with other teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments - Create and maintain detailed reports on accounts receivable activities - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the accounts receivable process

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Strong research skills to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Leadership skills to take ownership of accounts receivable processes - Excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
