Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team at OYO Rooms. This position is a part-time, entry-level role that will allow you to work remotely from Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our team in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.


Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. - Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and other general office tasks. - Providing support to the team in organizing events, meetings, and presentations. - Collaborating with team members to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. - Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.


Requirements: - No prior experience is required, but a strong passion for administrative work is essential. - Must be dedicated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are a plus. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
