Dream11 is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team and work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN. As an Associate level Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve company performance. - Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive business growth. - Lead and manage a team of remote employees to ensure high levels of productivity and morale. - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure operational success. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in operations management. - Independent and motivated individual with exceptional problem-solving skills. - Strong people management and project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
