Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Job Description:


Nykaa, a leading beauty and wellness retailer, is seeking a motivated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team members and executives - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Organize and maintain files and records - Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner - Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing - Assist with special projects as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure - Familiarity with basic office equipment - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
