Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Indian Oil Corporation is seeking a dedicated and independent Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Delhi, IN. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles and possess strong leadership and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. 2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. 3. Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems. 4. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring expenses. 5. Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are replenished as needed. 6. Assist with event planning and coordination. 7. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the team. 8. Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in administrative roles. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 6. Leadership and planning skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
