Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Lendingkart, a leading financial technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in administrative support roles and possess a resourceful and energetic personality, as well as exceptional cooperation and attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing meeting materials - Assist in the coordination and execution of company events, both internal and external - Manage office supplies inventory and procurement, as well as office equipment maintenance - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Serve as the point of contact for visitors and incoming calls - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence - Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, scanning, and filing documents - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient office operation


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support roles - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
