Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Snapdeal is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to work from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. We are looking for a confident and adaptable individual who possesses strong decision-making and people management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. 3. Assist in project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and monitoring progress. 4. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 5. Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. 2. Strong communication and organizational skills. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proven decision-making and people management skills.
