Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job Description:


PharmEasy is seeking a part-time Remote Office Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Remote Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for our team members.


Responsibilities: 1. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members. 2. Providing administrative support such as drafting emails, organizing documents, and maintaining files. 3. Conducting research and compiling data as needed for various projects. 4. Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members. 5. Collaborating with other team members to plan and execute company events and activities. 6. Managing office supplies and equipment to ensure a productive work environment. 7. Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and productivity. 8. Supporting the human resources department with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records. 9. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality with a proactive attitude. 3. Strong research and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Experience with remote work and virtual office environments is a plus.
