AgroStar is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in office management or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 2. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 3. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures. 4. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. 5. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. 6. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. 7. Ensure the smooth running of office systems and compliance with office policies. 8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiations. 9. Assist in HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. 10. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual who takes initiative and can work independently. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 3. Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 4. Proven experience as an Office Manager or relevant administrative role. 5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 6. Ability to work flexible hours. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
