Job Description:
Tata Motors is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. This role requires at least 4 years of relevant experience in office management.
Responsibilities: - Managing office supplies and inventory - Coordinating office events and meetings - Handling correspondence and communication with clients and suppliers - Managing office budgets and expenses - Supervising office staff and delegating tasks as needed - Ensuring the office is clean and organized at all times - Managing office schedules and appointments - Assisting with HR and recruitment tasks - Providing support to senior management as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in office management - Motivated and confident personality traits - Strong research and communication skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of office management procedures and systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
