Job Description - Office Manager

Job Description:


HealthifyMe is seeking a passionate and independent Office Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office to ensure smooth functioning and productivity. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in office management or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times. 2. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 3. Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks to ensure maximum productivity. 4. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure a well-functioning work environment. 5. Serve as the point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment for the office. 6. Assist in coordinating office events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. 7. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. 8. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. 9. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies. 10. Oversee office cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and safe work environment for all employees.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in office management or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Proven track record of successfully managing office operations.
