Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Moglix is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to work remotely from home in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: - Manage office operations, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operation of the office - Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary supplies when needed - Assist in organizing events, meetings, and presentations - Provide administrative support to team members as needed - Perform research on various topics as assigned - Prepare and deliver presentations as required - Other duties as assigned


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in office management or related field - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Hardworking and driven attitude - Ability to conduct research and create presentations
