Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and reliable Online Office Manager to join our team at Urban Ladder in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As an entry-level position with one year of experience, this part-time role requires someone who is innovative and has strong decision-making skills. The Online Office Manager will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our online office.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all online office operations. 2. Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings. 3. Manage online filing systems and ensure all documents are organized. 4. Handle online correspondence and respond to emails in a timely manner. 5. Assist in creating online presentations and reports. 6. Monitor online platforms for customer inquiries and feedback. 7.
