Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and driven Online Office Manager to join our team at Quikr in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As an Online Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our online office.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online office documents, files, and databases - Coordinate online meetings and appointments - Monitor and respond to emails and communication from clients and team members - Update and maintain online calendars and schedules - Assist in online marketing campaigns and promotions - Provide administrative support to online team members as needed - Create and maintain online office policies and procedures
Requirements: - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using online office tools and software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Previous experience in online office management (preferred)
